位於板橋土城交界、鄰近遠東通訊園區的【旭光食日 Shiuh】，是一家提供早午餐服務的餐廳，營業時間從早上七點半至下午四點。店內裝潢是以挑高設計搭配潔白簡約風格，牆壁上擺設著整齊的書本、CD和可愛小盆栽，呈現出舒適雅致的用餐氛圍。

菜單選擇品項豐富多樣，涵蓋了法式吐司盤餐、墨式起司薄餅、旭光沙拉、粉漿軟蛋餅、經典三明治/法式三明治、美式熱壓起司三明治、日式炒麵、旭光食飯、旭光小點與各式飲品。透過掃瞄桌上的QR code即可輕鬆地進行線上點餐，非常方便。

當天嚐鮮的餐點水準都很不錯，盤餐系列搭配豐富的沙拉、地瓜、炒蛋、炒菇、炸甜不辣和時令水果，不僅擺盤用心也考量營養均衡。日式炒麵的Q彈麵條完美吸附了醬汁的風味，再加上鮮嫩的雞肉和半熟太陽蛋的搭配，直接讓人停不下來。最後特別推薦外脆內軟的熱壓起司三明治以及口感嫩滑厚實的粉漿軟蛋餅，也是值得吃貨們嚐嚐看的必點好滋味。

This diner provides breakfast and brunch services, operating from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The interior design features high ceilings paired with a clean and minimalist style. Adorning the walls are neatly arranged books, CDs, and charming small potted plants, creating a comfortable and elegant dining ambiance.

The menu features a wide selection, including French toast meals, Quesadilla meals, Shiuh salads, Chinese omelettes, Sandwiches/French toast, Grilled cheese, Yakisoba, Rice meals, Snacks, and Beverages. Customers can conveniently place their orders online by scanning the QR code on the table.

The dishes of the day are all prepared with high quality ingredients and freshly made. We enjoyed each dish immensely and wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.
