#Choco17 巧克力

位於台中的【Choco17 巧克力】，創立於2010年4月，是唯一榮獲國家級新創事業獎肯定的手製巧克力專賣店，早期成立時的營業時段是闆娘根據孩子們的上下學時間擬定而成，可說是間為陪伴而生的巧克力店，然而隨著穩扎穩打一路走來廣受好評後，店內團隊夥伴也隨之增加，現在晚上跟假日也有開放營業了。店內商品分成低卡原味與無糖系列(代糖)、專屬大人的經典微醺、苦甜適中的濃郁茶香、少女最愛的甜蜜滋味、法國馬卡龍以及隨手包系列。

闆娘為了傳達最新鮮純粹的巧克力之美，在原物料挑選上非常嚴格，除了堅持嚴選最好的食材以外，並盡可能採用台灣在地食材，不添加任何防腐劑。這次是我第二次介紹他們家的產品，不僅多了適合低碳或生酮飲食的無糖生巧克力，讓人在飲控期間也能放心享用以外，這次嚐鮮的法國馬卡龍吃起來甜而不膩也同樣讓人讚賞， 還沒有試過的吃貨們一定要試試看唷！

★無糖杏仁生巧克力(奶素)

採用法國頂級調溫黑巧克力、天然杏仁果磨泥、麥芽糖醇(代糖)、法國法定產區AOP認證奶油與法國頂級可可粉製作而成，濃醇深邃的生巧克力完美結合了杏仁的堅果香氣，豐富而細緻的口感享受讓人覺得驚豔。

★橘子美莓生巧克力(奶素)

融合了頂級比利時調溫白巧克力、東勢草生裁培無農藥柑橘果汁、比利時可可脂、法國AOP認證奶油、檸檬汁與天然的有機草莓粉等，柑橘的清新和草莓的香甜藉由濃郁順滑的生巧克力在嘴裡化開，不含引起興奮的咖啡因成份，是小小孩也可以放心享用的生巧克力。

★法國馬卡龍6入(綜合口味不挑款/奶蛋素)

包含檸檬、覆盆子、開心果、香草、咖啡與巧克力六種口味，外酥軟綿的口感在咀嚼之間呈現出濕潤略帶黏性的多層次滋味，再配上一杯香濃的黑咖啡，瞬間昇華為優雅的法式下午茶時光。

This store was founded in April 2010 and is the only handmade chocolate specialty store recognized with a national-level entrepreneurship award. In the early days, the operating hours were set by the shop owner according to the children's school schedule, making it a chocolate store born out of companionship. With consistent high praise and growing popularity, the team in the store has also expanded. Now, they are open for business in the evenings and on weekends as well. The store offers products including low-calorie original and sugar-free (sugar substitute) series, classic indulgence for adults, rich tea-flavored chocolates with a perfect balance of bittersweetness, sweet flavors adored by young girls, French macarons, and convenient grab-and-go packages.

The shop owner is dedicated to crafting the purest, freshest low chocolates by meticulously selecting high-quality ingredients. She prioritizes locally sourced Taiwanese products whenever possible and avoids using preservatives. This is my second encounter with their offerings, which now include sugar-free chocolates tailored for low-carb or keto diets, allowing for guilt-free indulgence. Also the French macarons, known for their delicately sweet yet not overly sugary flavor, have received high praise. For food enthusiasts who have yet to try them, they're a must-have delicacy!
