在澳門赫赫有名的「世紀咖啡」成立於1965年，目前已傳承到第三代的世紀咖啡是當地少數堅持使用「炭爐」及「瓦煲」的咖啡室，也是網路上眾多美食愛好者推崇的必吃之地。

菜單部分提供飲品、麵包跟麵食類。飲品部分特別推薦世紀咖啡最人氣經典之一的《炭燒瓦煲咖啡》。瓦煲咖啡是以絲襪袋盛載咖啡粉在瓦煲裡沖泡，由於瓦煲散熱慢，能讓咖啡受熱更均勻、更全面，使咖啡粉的香味在瓦煲中盡情地釋放出來，煮出來的咖啡更加香醇濃郁，讓向來只喝美式咖啡的我非常喜歡。

麵包類當天則是嘗鮮了《雞扒包加厚蛋》、《秘製咖喱辣魚》與《花生奶油方塊》，用料紮實、烹飪與調味方式都很到位，讓人更加驚喜的部分是這些看似重口味的組合卻意外地融合得恰到好處，吃起來完全不會感到膩口，甚至會有意猶未盡的感覺！有機會去澳門的朋友一定要去嚐嚐這款來自上一代澳門人的傳統味道。

"Sei Kee Cafe" was established in 1965 and has been passed down to the third generation. This beloved local establishment is renowned for its commitment to using traditional "charcoal stoves" and "clay pots." It has gained widespread acclaim from online food enthusiasts as a must-visit culinary destination.

On the menu, you'll find a variety of drinks, bread, and noodles. A standout recommendation in the beverage section is the beloved classic, "Charcoal-Brewed Clay Pot Coffee," which is a signature at Sei Kee Cafe. This unique coffee is meticulously prepared by steeping coffee grounds in a cloth filter bag inside a clay pot. The clay pot's slow heat conductivity ensures the coffee is evenly and thoroughly heated, allowing the rich aroma of the coffee grounds to fully infuse the brew. The result is a wonderfully fragrant and velvety coffee that even someone like me, who typically prefers Americano, thoroughly enjoys.

On that day, we tried the " Chicken Cutlet Buns with Thick Egg " "Secret Spicy Curry Fish," and "Peanut Butter Square" from the bread selection. The ingredients were robust, the cooking and seasoning were executed to perfection. What truly astonished us was how these seemingly bold flavor combinations harmonized flawlessly, offering a delightful eating experience without overwhelming the palate. It left us with a lingering sense of satisfaction and a desire for more! For those who have the opportunity to visit Macau, be sure to indulge in this traditional taste inherited from the previous generation of Macanese.
