隸屬於金悅軒餐飲集團旗下之一品牌的《金悅軒海鮮酒家-富澤園店》是曾榮獲〈星級旅遊服務金獎〉、特別主題獎-關愛服務獎〉、〈星級旅遊服務商戶獎〉等多項獎項的當地知名餐廳，店內除了公共用餐空間以外，還有一些包廂可供選擇，但是桌數並不多，因此建議用餐前要提前預約。

菜單部分除傳統蒸點以外，還有風味腸粉、煎炸美點、生滾粥品、合時甜點等多種選擇，整體來說品項非常豐富多元，每道餐點都十分精緻好吃，食材用料新鮮實在；服務人員也很細心勤快，不時會有人來幫忙倒茶以及更換餐盤，讓人深刻感受到賓至如歸的用餐體驗。

讓我個人印象深刻、想要特別推薦的餐點〈迷你沙翁〉，是將雞蛋炸得金黃鬆軟後再裹上糖粉，咀嚼之間散發出的濃郁蛋香讓人好喜歡；另外還有愛漂亮吃貨們不能錯過的〈燕窩鮮奶撻〉，酥脆厚實的餅皮口感帶出淡淡的奶香，有機會去澳門的朋友，記得將這家餐廳排入行程試試看吧！

Each meal is meticulously prepared and delicious, with fresh and authentic ingredients. The attentive and diligent service staff often assist with pouring tea and changing plates, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere for diners.

The dish that I would like to recommend in particular is the ”mini-shabu.“ The eggs are fried until they are golden and fluffy, and then coated with powdered sugar. The rich egg aroma that comes out while chewing is so enjoyable. Moreover, foodies who appreciate beauty should not miss the ”Bird‘s Nest Milk Egg Tart.“ The crispy and thick crust of the tart brings out a subtle milky aroma.
