傳說中穩居澳門buffet 神壇超過十年的【mezza9】，是新加坡君悅招牌餐廳位於澳門君悅的分店。因為僅設晚餐時段，因此就算是旅遊淡季依舊人潮爆滿，不到營業時間就有人在門口排隊等待，堪稱澳門的buffet神話!

【mezza9】的Buffet主題是「與廚共饗」，就是號稱每個餐檯都是現點現做、客製化口味，以最新鮮的食材變化出各種桌上佳餚，而且是一次無限點餐，完成後的餐點會有服務人員幫忙直接送至餐桌上；餐廳主打使用鮮活龍蝦進行烹調，可根據個人喜好選擇蒜蓉蒸、芝士焗、薑蔥炒、避風塘亦或炭烤等五種料理方式，每種口味都能將紮實Q彈的龍蝦口感發揮地淋漓盡致，畢竟食材新鮮是料理的關鍵，任何調味都只是為美味錦上添花。

另外設有的海鮮吧與蔬菜吧也是，可以選擇清蒸、豉汁蒸、蒜蓉蒸、豉椒炒、薑蔥炒、避風塘、香煎、椒鹽等各式料理方式，完全可以滿足不同的需求與選擇；喜歡日式料理的朋友也有日式生魚片跟壽司可以選擇，完全不用擔心會敗興而歸。
