鄰近中壢SOGO商圈、位於威尼斯影城二樓的【咱們酸菜魚】， 和知名燒烤鍋物【藏王】隸屬於同一個品牌集團，餐廳樓下地下室就是停車場，交通位置十分便利。
店內裝潢風格有別於以往對中式餐廳的刻板印象，以炫彩亮麗的霓虹燈為主軸搭配木桌、酒瓶及各式小物做裝飾，整體呈現出工業風的餐酒館氛圍，並提供多種座位安排設計以滿足不同的聚餐需求。
菜單部份提供店家獨門研發的《川味老罈酸菜》、《川味水煮椒麻》、《香馥奶油蕃茄》與《完熟蔬菜番茄》四種主餐湯底，可根據人數選擇中盛、大盛與特大盛，再依照個人喜好加選配料、熟食、甜點與飲品等。每桌都會額外贈送一壺溫熱的洛神花茶，有助於消化解膩，非常貼心周到。
個人特別推薦嗜辣者必點《川味水煮椒麻》，柔嫩細滑的魚肉徹底吸附了椒麻的香氣，吃起來爽辣不嗆口！還有《必點的炸魚皮》也是不容錯過，將店家特製的炸魚皮浸入湯汁中約莫一分鐘，香脆的口感融入了魚皮的細膩，咀嚼之間帶出令人無法抗拒的味蕾饗宴，無論是直接單吃或者搭配白飯都非常過癮！整體而言，餐點水準與用餐氛圍都讓人相當滿意，無論是家庭活動、同事聚餐還是情侶約會都非常適合，吃貨們有機會一定要去吃吃看！

It showcases vibrant neon lights as the centerpiece, accompanied by wooden tables, beer bottles, and an array of decorative elements. The overall ambiance radiates an industrial chic style, creating a fusion of restaurant and bar vibes. Moreover, it provides diverse seating arrangements to accommodate various dining preferences.
I personally highly recommend the “Dried chili pepper and bean paste (hot)” for spicy food enthusiasts. The tender and smooth fish absorbs the aromatic flavors of the hot chili and numbing spices, delivering a refreshing spiciness without being overwhelming! Additionally, the “signature fried fish skin” is a dish not to be missed. The specially prepared crispy fish skin is soaked in broth for about a minute, allowing the crispy texture to blend with the delicate fish skin, creating an irresistible feast for the taste buds. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with steamed rice, it is truly satisfying! Overall, both the quality of the dishes and the dining atmosphere are quite satisfying. Whether it‘s for family gatherings, coworker outings, or romantic dates, it comes highly recommended for food enthusiasts to give it a try!
