如果你跟我一樣是起司控，那麼你一定要試試這家【CheeseCake1】！

身為一個熱愛起司蛋糕又怕甜的人，每次一定要配上一杯無糖黑咖啡去平衡整體的甜度。但是吃完這家蛋糕後我才發現，我居然一口咖啡都沒喝！如絲般柔順綿密的口感讓人彷彿置身於輕柔的夢境中，細膩平滑的質地則如高貴奢華的起司布丁，清雅的味道不帶一絲甜意，溫潤而舒適，就像是一場溫柔的對話，在舌尖上緩緩綻放。

當天選擇到中壢的總公司取貨，隱身在工業區大樓裡的辦公室，讓人有一種耳目一新的感覺。在將近兩百坪明亮寬敞又乾淨的廠房裡，除了井然有序的產品與機台以外，最讓我印象深刻的是員工們之間的互動，那種發自內心快樂工作的氣氛讓我非常難忘。

有人說：「食物會說話，吃進食物的同時等同於接受料理人的情緒與心情」。你可以感受到每一份起司蛋糕的背後都是充滿著愛與誠意的精神，是情感與味覺的完美交融！還有店家對於天然食材挑選的嚴謹與堅持，就算是犧牲利潤也要呈現最完美的蛋糕給顧客品嚐，那種精神與氛圍讓我現在回想起來也會忍不住會心一笑地感到佩服。 

自然熟成的乳酪蛋糕是所有蛋糕內技術含量最高的，而Cheesecake1是採用獨家溫溼度管理並耗時52小時熟成製作乳酪，吃起來的口感濕潤細緻，再搭配上質感精緻的橘色外盒包裝，我個人認為稱它為 #起司蛋糕界的愛馬仕 一點也不為過，是真正的實至名歸！

Moreover, the shop‘s meticulous selection and commitment to natural ingredients, even at the cost of sacrificing profits to offer customers the most perfect cakes to enjoy, evoke an admiration that, even now, recalling it, brings a smile to my face.

The naturally matured cheesecake is the most technically demanding among all cakes. Chessecake1 is crafted using exclusive temperature and humidity control, requiring 52 hours for the cheese to mature. The moist and delicate texture, coupled with the exquisitely textured orange packaging, leads me to firmly believe that labeling it as the ”Hermès of Cheesecakes“ is far from an exaggeration. It undeniably lives up to its prestigious name!
