位於林口三井Outlet附近的【Youmeca夢珈日式早午餐Café】，是製作濾杯、濾紙等咖啡相關設備的三洋產業之旗下品牌，是間為了推廣手沖咖啡質感與醇香所創建的咖啡館，同時也是在日本當地已經深耕20年的知名咖啡館，而林口這間分店是他們的首家海外店。

店內裝潢走的是文青質感路線，可以看見許多咖啡周邊商品、器具等，整體用餐空間雖然不大，但是動線安排合宜適當，不會讓人覺得過於擁擠。菜單部分則是提供精品手沖、拿鐵系列、歐蕾系列、茶飲、果汁&氣泡飲、日式麻糬鬆餅、沙拉、炸物點心、早午餐、日式手工烤貝果等，選擇品項細緻而多元。

餐點部分都有水準以上的表現，食材用料新鮮實在，調味也很豐富到味。想要特別推薦早午餐系列裡的《馬鈴薯泥》，綿密細緻的口感讓人彷彿在品嘗冰淇淋一般，淡淡的香草氣息隨著咀嚼在嘴裡散開實在令人好驚豔！還有《生椰拿鐵》也是同樣令人讚嘆，淡淡的椰香隨著甘醇的咖啡入口，甜度適中讓人覺得還想再來一杯！無論是咖啡控、甜點迷，還是喜歡早午餐的人，有機會一定要前往試試看這間來自日本的名店！

Although the dining space is not large, the layout is well-arranged, avoiding a sense of overcrowding. The menu is detailed and diverse, with dishes that perform above standard. The ingredients are fresh and the seasoning is rich and flavorful. I highly recommend the mashed potatoes from the brunch series for its velvety and delicate texture, reminiscent of ice cream. The subtle vanilla aroma that spreads in the mouth upon chewing is truly astonishing! Additionally, the “Raw Coconut Latte“ is equally impressive, with a light coconut fragrance blending with the rich coffee, offering a perfectly balanced sweetness that makes you crave another cup!
