#禾孟壽司坊 文興店
位於竹北文興路一段上的【禾孟壽司坊 文興店】，店外觀以簡約潔白的色調呈現出日式庭園的風格，不只是正門口就有提供兩個停車位，位於六家一路上的後門也有五個車位可供停放，不僅內用方便，對於主打外帶店來說也是相當貼心便利。
打開門走進店內，寬敞明亮的空間讓人有種誤以為來到日本超市的錯覺。右邊陳列架上整齊排放了許多日本酒水、調味料與日本餅乾小食等，左邊則是擺滿了許多當日新鮮現做的各式餐點，包括花壽司、握壽司、系卷壽司、手捲、烤飯糰、沙拉、冷烏龍與港式烤鴨卷等，如果架上沒有看到想吃的品項，還可到櫃台點選咖哩、丼飯、炸物、關東煮或湯品，選擇項目可說是十分多元，完全不用擔心會找不到想吃的食物。
當天品嚐的餐點水準都非常到位，個人特別推薦口感層次豐富的 #炸生蠔壽司、濃郁鮮甜的 #牛肉丼飯，以及店家手工製作的 #關東煮，另外還有令人齒頰留香的 #桂花茶 我也很喜歡！ 目前《禾孟壽司坊》分別在新竹有一家分店、竹北有兩家分店，喜歡日式料理的朋友有機會也去買來試試看喔！

Walking into the shop, the spacious and brightly lit interior gives the illusion of stepping into a Japanese supermarket. Neatly arranged on the shelves to the right are various Japanese sake, seasonings, and snacks, while to the left, there is a display of freshly made dishes such as sushi rolls, nigiri sushi, hand rolls, grilled rice balls, salads, cold udon, and Hong Kong-style roasted duck rolls.
If you don’t see what you want on the shelves, you can also choose curry, donburi, fried dishes, oden, or soups at the counter. The range of options is incredibly diverse, so there’s no need to worry about not finding something to eat.
