今天的開箱美食是來自嘉義近五十年歷史的知名品牌─《老楊方塊酥》。最初的構想源自台灣早期的眷村燒餅，如今已成為行銷全球12個國家的著名嘉義伴手禮。

這次分享的新品 #霜鹽奶油方塊酥 ，是採用嘉義布袋洲南鹽場的日曬霜鹽以及法國無水奶油製作而成，酥脆的口感帶出奶油的香醇與霜鹽的鹹香，咀嚼之間不只可以感受到鹹甜奶香的完美交織，還有令人想要一口接著一口的回甘滋味！再搭配上獨立包裝設計，讓人方便隨身攜帶，是款可以隨時隨地輕鬆享受的可口小點心！

Today‘s unboxing delicacy hails from the renowned brand with nearly fifty years of history in Chiayi – ”T.K FOOD.“ The original concept of the square cookies was inspired by the traditional baked goods from early Taiwanese Military Dependents’ Villages, and it has now transformed into a well-known Chiayi souvenir marketed in twelve countries worldwide.

The ”FROSTED SALTED BUTTER THOUSAND LAYERS COOKIES“ shared this time are made with sun-dried salt from the Zhou Nan Salt Field in Budai, Chiayi, and unsalted butter from France. The crispy texture brings out the richness of butter and the savory flavor of frosted salt.
