位於新竹巨城百貨附近的【毛起來喫寵物日式居酒屋】，是間充滿日式風格的寵物友善餐廳，還有可愛的店狗跟店貓。狹長的店內空間主要以四人座為主，但可以根據用餐人數的不同進行彈性配置，所以無論是情侶約會、家族聚會甚至公司部門聚餐都很適合。而且店家最近還新增了中午營業時間，提供美味的商業午餐給忙碌的上班族跟學生們喲！
菜單選擇品項非常豐富多元，涵蓋了《開胃菜》、《雞肉類》、《燒灼系列》、《牛肉類》、《海鮮類》、《豬肉類》、《蔬菜類》、《炒烏龍．丼》、《炸物》、《甜點》、《湯品》、《無酒精飲品》、《啤酒系列》、《冰沙飲品》、《調酒冰沙》與《寵物餐》，可是說應有盡有，連毛小孩被細心照顧到了！
餐點部分整體表現都有很不錯的水準，特別推薦將日本生食級新鮮牡蠣微烤過後淋上蒜蓉醬的〈蒜奶烤牡蠣〉，飽滿肥美的牡蠣搭配店家特製蒜奶醬，讓害怕牡蠣味道的朋友也能盡情享用；還有各式肉品與蔬菜類的炙燒火侯也是掌握地恰如其分，不至於過於焦熟；最後還有不能錯過的烤麻糬與草莓大福，和我一樣有甜食胃的朋友也很推薦點上一份來替晚餐約會畫上完美的句點喔！
This is a pet-friendly restaurant with a Japanese ambiance. The long and narrow space is mainly designed with four-seater tables, but can be flexibly adjusted based on the number of diners, making it ideal for romantic dates, family gatherings, or even corporate department dinners.
The menu offers a diverse selection with dishes that are all of a quite high standard. A standout recommendation is the ”Garlic Butter Grilled Oysters,“ featuring freshly sourced Japanese premium oysters lightly grilled and drizzled with garlic butter sauce. The plump, luscious oysters paired with the house-made garlic butter sauce cater even to those hesitant about the oyster‘s flavor. The seared meats and vegetables are expertly cooked to the perfect degree, avoiding any excessive charring. Lastly, the must-try grilled mochi with strawberry daifuku is a delightful treat for those with a sweet tooth, making it a stellar choice to conclude a dinner date on a sweet and memorable note!
