#慕泥灰咖啡文創店

位於台中文創園區正對面的《慕泥灰咖啡文創店》是一間網路人氣極高的餐廳。店門外放置了許多綠色盆栽，營造出溫馨舒適的氛圍；一樓設有點餐區和廚房，二樓則是用餐區，餐具、醬料跟開水都是自助；消費方式是按人頭計算低消$110(未滿12歲無限制)，選好餐點後自行至櫃台點餐結帳，不另加收服務費，巔峰時段用餐時間為2小時。

菜單部分提供義大利麵、燉飯、早午餐、沙拉類早午餐、炸物、起司炸饅頭、素食以及飲品，所有的餐點都是現點現做，配菜跟醬料會依照當天食材作搭配，無法任意更換。整體來說餐點表現都很不錯，加上很多餐點都是外面少見的創意料理，是間讓人會想回訪嘗試其他菜色的餐廳。

The dining concept operates on a per-person basis, with a minimum spend of $110 (children under 12 exempted from this rule). Once you have made your meal selection, simply proceed to the counter for ordering and payment, without any additional service charges. Enjoy a leisurely 2-hour dining experience during peak hours.

The menu offers a delightful selection of Italian pasta, risotto, brunch options, brunch salads, fried delicacies, cheese-stuffed buns, vegetarian specialties, and a variety of beverages. Each dish is freshly prepared to order, with side dishes and sauces crafted daily to complement the ingredients, and substitutions are not available.
