#大木櫥滷味  #排隊必吃的平價美食

位於高雄市新興區六合路上的《大木櫥滷味》是在當地開業已久、生意非常好的知名老店。店面環境十分簡約乾淨，大部分的滷味都是夾一個當代表即可，除非某些品項是以單一價格計算，才需要依照自己的需求夾取數量。

整體來說，食材都很新鮮且滷得非常入味。雖然對我而言滷汁有點偏甜，但由於可以根據個人口味添加辣椒，這些香辣口味能夠中和滷汁的甜膩感，讓整體味道更加均衡，因此我非常喜歡這種搭配；再加上價錢十分平易近人，很推薦給有到高雄的吃貨朋友們！ 

It is a well-known shop with a thriving business located in Kaohsiung. The storefront is very simple and clean. For most of the braised dishes, you just need to pick one representative item to go with your meal, unless certain items are priced individually, in which case you can choose the quantity based on your needs.

Overall, the ingredients are fresh and the braising is very flavorful. While the braising sauce is a bit on the sweeter side for me, the option to add chili according to personal taste balances out the sweetness, enhancing the overall taste profile. I really enjoy this combination! Moreover, with very reasonable prices, I highly recommend it to foodies visiting Kaohsiung!
