#北門室食 No.40 Beimen 

位於新竹西大路星巴克旁的網路人氣名店【北門室食】，寬敞明亮的店面空間，裝潢走的是簡約文青風。藉由半開放式的廚房，可以看到部分餐點的製作過程。菜單部分選擇豐富多元，提供了煎餅菓子、創意涼麵、熱拌麵、湯麵、炸物以及特製小食與飲品，每項餐點都極具特色，讓人看了很想都來一份。

食材用料都很新鮮、烹飪調味也很夠味，再加上工作人員都非常親切貼心，讓整體用餐的感覺非常愉悅舒適！想要特別推薦他們家的煎餅菓子，幾乎是桌桌都有的經典必點，有機會到新竹的朋友一定要去吃吃看喔！

Located next to Starbucks on Xida Road in Hsinchu, the popular diner ” No.40 Beimen “ boasts a spacious and bright interior adorned with a minimalist and artistic touch. With a semi-open kitchen, diners can catch a glimpse of the culinary magic happening behind the scenes. The menu offers a diverse selection including Jianbing , creative cold noodles, hot stir-fried noodles, soupy noodles, deep-fried delights, and specialty snacks and beverages, each dish exuding its unique charm and leaving customers craving for more.

The ingredients are fresh, and the cooking is flavorful. Additionally, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a delightful and cozy dining experience overall! Jianbing is especially highly recommended, a classic must-try dish that is ordered by almost every table. If you have the chance to visit Hsinchu, be sure to give it a taste!
