#復興路炸醬麵

位於宜蘭縣宜蘭市復興路二段上、緊鄰宜蘭大學附近的【炸醬麵】，是宜蘭超人氣排隊美食，也是讓我多年前一吃成主顧、只要去宜蘭有時間就會去品嚐的在地小吃。

目前已是傳承到第三代的當地老店，從早上六點多就開賣到下午一點多，店內約莫有十幾桌座位，內用者自行找位置入座，直接填選桌上菜單後交給工作人員即可；菜單部分主要販售炸醬麵、麻醬麵、雙醬麵、排骨麵、餛飩麵、丸子麵與陽春麵，麵條部分非成細麵與寬麵，可依個人喜好去作選擇；另外還有提供餛飩湯、餛飩丸湯、丸子湯與排骨湯等，價錢都非常平易近人。

至於我個人偏愛的雙醬麵，基本上就是融合了麻醬和炸醬！除了炸醬的濃鬱、麻醬的香氣，還有些許迷人的花生香味；整碗麵條入口濃稠豐富，小碗份量就很足夠，絕對是可以讓人飽餐一頓的平價美味，有去宜蘭玩的朋友不要錯過囉！

It is a highly renowned eatery in Yilan that has been passed down through three generations. Their famous noodles won me over as a regular customer years ago, and whenever I am in Yilan, I make it a point to taste them. The eatery operates from around 6 am to 1 pm, and there are about a dozen tables available. Guests are encouraged to choose their own seats if available and complete the menu themselves before handing it to the staff.

The menu features a selection of traditional dishes such as fried sauce noodles, sesame paste noodles, double sauce noodles, pork ribs noodles, wonton noodles, meatball noodles, and Yangchun noodles. Customers can choose either thin or wide noodles based on their preference. Additionally, the eatery offers a variety of soups including wonton soup, wonton ball soup, meatball soup, and pork ribs soup, all offered at reasonable prices for your pleasure.
