位於宜蘭礁溪路三段的【玉里橋頭臭豆腐礁溪店】是從花蓮開上來的知名臭豆腐店，超級大的店面空間只有販售臭豆腐跟飲品，縱使價格不算親民，但是依舊有許多人前來朝聖排隊品嚐。

店裡臭豆腐分成大份5片100元、小份3片60元，據說是花蓮老闆自家製作後，直接冷藏送到礁溪，再採用三種不同溫度油鍋的3次炸法製作而成，前兩次是以100多度的油溫慢慢泡炸，然後再放入200多度的油鍋高溫酥炸，吃起來極為酥脆卻又保有豆腐內部的柔嫩口感，真的是好臭好好吃！另外店內還有紅茶、豆漿、黑豆漿和紅茶豆漿等飲品可供選購，喜歡臭豆腐的朋友有機會也去嚐嚐看吧！
