位於新竹巨城二樓的【woosa屋莎洋食鬆餅屋】，是我三不五時就想回訪的餐廳清單之一。一開始以為它來自日本，深入研究才驚喜發現，原來是台灣老字號的銀穗服飾集團第2代跨足餐飲的代表作，是正宗台灣人的自創品牌。

室內用餐環境非常寬敞舒適，簡約明亮的裝潢設計，讓人不自覺地放鬆心情、享受美食。店名“Woosa”所隱含的放鬆與正能量，就像是空氣中飄蕩的微笑。工作人員的親切貼心讓每一次用餐都充滿愉悅的氛圍，使人倍感溫馨與舒適。

想要特別推薦他們家的雲之鬆餅，像雲朵般輕柔軟嫩的鬆餅入口即化，彷彿在舌尖上綻放出濃濃的幸福感。不僅是一道甜點，更是一種藝術品，每一口都展現了老闆精湛的廚藝與對食材的極致堅持。透過13道工法的精心製作，搭配日本原物料與臺灣新鮮食材，呈現出絕佳的口感與風味。每一次現點現做的新鮮呈現，都散發著獨特的魔法、讓人心心念念，是甜點控跟鬆餅控必須試試看的美味！

”Woosa“ is situated on the second floor of the Far Eastern Big City Shopping Mall in Hsinchu. It is one of those restaurants that I can’t help but revisit every now and then.

The indoor dining environment is very spacious and comfortable, with a simple and bright decoration design that helps people relax and enjoy their food effortlessly. The relaxation and positive energy conveyed by the name ”Woosa“ is like a smile floating in the air. The friendly and considerate staff create a pleasant atmosphere for every meal, making diners feel warm and comfortable.

I would highly recommend trying their pancakes. These delicate treats are akin to fluffy clouds, delicately dissolving in your mouth, sparking a profound sense of joy that blooms on your palate. They transcend mere dessert status, representing a genuine masterpiece. Every mouthful unveils the chef‘s extraordinary culinary expertise and unwavering commitment to utilizing premium ingredients. Crafted through a meticulous 13-step process and featuring a fusion of Japanese raw materials and fresh Taiwanese ingredients, these pancakes offer a remarkable flavor and aroma.
